Mek’elē, Tigray, Ethiopia –Today, Hiwyet Charity Association recently held a comprehensive awareness training session on gender-based violence (GBV), peace building, and recovery for representative students and teachers from the gender equality clubs of 20 schools. This significant initiative aims to empower educators and young leaders with the knowledge and tools to combat GBV and promote a culture of peace and equality within their communities.

Mek’elē, Tigray, Ethiopia –Today, during Sport Day, the Hiwyet Charity Association celebrated Sheba Academy School for its outstanding efforts in promoting gender equality and peace building. As part of their ongoing campaign, Hiwyet Charity Association has established clubs in 20 schools to raise awareness about gender-based violence and advocate for equality and peace.
